AutoTile

Autotiles allow us to set tiles right next to each other. Autotiles exist only for our editors, as they will not ever appear inside an area.

Autotiles work by defining a parent tile. As an example, consider the AutoTile to be a rocky brown. The parent tile of this brown is the standard grass tile. This means that whenever we paint the rock tile, grass appears around it. The rock tile always lives on top of the grass.

Support for automatic edges is currently under development for our new 40 x 40 pixel tileset.
