Mobile

A mobile is any kind of person or critter. This includes monsters, player characters, and NPC's.

Players are mobiles, but they are a special case, because you can control them yourself. An NPC is considered a mobile, too. But that doesn't mean the player is an NPC as well. A player is a mobile but not an NPC.
